Our attorneys and staff have deep expertise in software and artificial intelligence (“AI”). We develop and integrate advanced legal technology, including generative AI platforms, to streamline document drafting, review and analysis—offering faster, more cost-effective service than firms weighed down by outdated workflows.

Our attorneys and staff work primarily from the comfort of home, reducing the need for expensive downtown office space. By working primarily remotely, and sizing our office space accordingly, we pass those savings directly to our clients without sacrificing service quality.

While we are committed to primarily providing pro bono and low-cost representation for small or diverse businesses, nonprofits and creatives, we also serve other large corporate, institutional nonprofit and private clients at or near market rates. Our efficiency allows us to achieve higher profit margins on these larger engagements than traditional firms—enabling us to reinvest in and subsidize our other meaningful work.

As a nonprofit, we receive grants, donations and volunteer support, all of which further subsidize the legal services we provide for those who need them most.
